I had to wait for a week until the replacement was delivered from Wales to N Ireland. By now the washing is taking over my house and thats with taking some to family to wash. There are 6 of us so a washing machine is essential. Now I am without a washing machine again. Hoover ... ...complaint !!! I wouldn't recommend Hoover washing machines or their customer service. It would be wiser to save for a new washing machine every year as put up with the hassle of waiting for months to get the old one fixed. Mine only last a year and then things go wrong. The repairman is calling tomorrow AGAIN to see whats wrong this time. I will prob have to wait another week to get another machine from them. It is a nightmare to say the least. I ...
