Bought to replace a very old and defunct machine, I paid £250 and it was the best money ever spent. The machine is incredibly quiet, has a variable spin which can be changed midwash, handy for when you realise your cashmere sweater is in there! maximum spin is 1600rpm which cuts down on the drying time significantly. It has a load capacity of 6Kg, numerous programs including a handwash, wool, sport cycles. The print on the front of the washing machine (including the labels for the buttons and dials) rubs off if detergent is spilled on it, so you need to be careful! I was given a replacement fascia under the warranty, but once it is out of warranty, you just have to put up with it! The door handle has just snapped off after two years of use. This is considered normal wear and tear. I am entitled to a ''free'' part (within 5 years), but would have to pay the £100 call-out fee to get this.
