I purchased this washing machine as its a 1400 spin, less time to dry, and also because it tells you how long is left on the wash. Most of the washes that I chose, excluding the 29' wash (which lasts for 30 mins) are long! The first time I used the machine it was empty, as this is what it says to do in the user manual. The second time I used the machine I could not believe what I was hearing....when the machine went into any type of spin it would BANG! So i thought well maybe thats it just bedding in.... No it did it with nearly every spin and it seemed to be getting louder too, until one time it was so bad I had to hold onto the machine to stop it breaking my kitchen up... It was banging and crashing and moving backwards and sideways etc not the best fun I have ever had I can tell you. I also have to say that the machine hasn't been put together at all well!!! The plastic on the top is not connected properly, the powder drawer does not fit snugly, when you change the spin speed you want it actually moves the numbers on the digital board & there is a whole at the back where the holding bolt is (This keeps the drum steady whilst moving) but the metal is frayed and jagged and not been cut properly. All in all I will never touch a Hoover washing machine again and I hope this review has helped everyone thinking of buying one!
