I brought this washer/dryer because it had a 5kg drum for washing and drying, I wish I hadn't! since I brought this 7 months ago I have had to call the engineer out 4 times, It now has a new motor, new fan and the pipe keeps blocking up with fluff. The engineer told me I will be calling him out every 4-6 months to clean the pipe as I use the dryer a lot?? there is only 2 people in my house so I don't class that I use this a lot. I'm so unhappy with is product that we have now asked Hoover if we can swap this model for a separate washer & dryer, we are waiting to hear from them. (The fluff getting trapped in the pipe is a common problem with this model)
