I bought the machine on-line via Tesco, and the service/delivery was first class, and has made me consider purchasing white good on-line again.
In addition the manual is easy to understand when starting to use the machine ... ...to over 11 (inc Speed Wash) are also very user friendlly as detailed in the manual and on the machine.
My only issue is the buttons do seem a little flimsy.
What can I say to summarise the machine? Does it take a families worth load of clothes? YES. Does it economically wash them? YES, Do the clothes get cleaned to the standard one would expect? YES. Does it do all this with feeling you could return to it having burrowed ... more

In addition the manual is easy to understand when starting to use the machine for the first time. The programme settings, which total to over 11 (inc Speed Wash) are also very user friendlly as detailed in the manual and on the machine.

Does it do all this with feeling you could return to it having burrowed through the floor due to vibrations? NO (It is very quiet)
If asked whether I would recommend the machine, then the answer is yes, it is easy to use, environmentally friendly due to its rating and the Economy option.
