Advantages No more trips to the laundrette and a flat like a chinese laundry
Disadvantages Clothes can be very crumpled
My washing machine died 3 years ago and ive just bought a new one hip hip hooray!!!.
My new machine arrived packed and sparkling and was installed and had a load in within ten minutes. This is an excellent machine at only 359.99, its a tumble dryer and washing machine in one. It can wash up to 6kgs and dry 4 which is a slight disadvantage as you have to dry in two loads rather than all in one. Also if you let the clothes get too dry they are impossible to iron so its worth taking them out whilst a tiny bit damp. It has a simple dial and buttons all very well explained in the instructions, a button for saving time, a button for extra rinsing, a button for 90 degress to boil carrots and the spuds for the sunday lunch even. Also if you register the product with hoover they gives you free parts for 5 years for free (we shall see in 5 years. So if you sparkling whites and well cooked carrots give this machine a whirl.
I paid 349.99 but they are now coming down in price
The machine is quite noisy when it spins but when its washing i forget its on.
Basic spec below:
— AA Rated Wash & Spin
— 15 programmes
— Auto half load option
— Wool and hand wash
— h = 850 w = 600 d = 540

Unfortunately nowadays Hoover products are made by Candy, it's all Candy inside, just assembled in the UK so they can put a Made in the UK sticker on it, verses Candy's being Italian. This has meant their quality and reliability has gone down a bit, but then when you compare them to something like Servis or Indesit for the same price I know which washing machine I'd much rather be buying - the Hoover! Anyone remember the square door Hoover washing machines? I grew up with one of them - mum had it sincr 1982 until about 1996, and she only replaced it cos we got a new kitchen and bought a Creda washer! Good op - as others had said a bit more detail would be nice, although you don't have to be a washer geek like me or J, lol! See ya later, Jon
Hope you have more luck with your Hoover than we did......Roy
