While I have absolutely nothing against the idea of a household appliance being trendy, or even cool, I just think that we should keep out feet on the ground. "It is only a vaccuum cleaner" nothing more, nothing less.
Weight is only 3.8 Kgs, very light for this type of appliance. Availability is good, you will find them everywhere. As for the price, do not pay more than £35, this seems an enormous amount of money to me, but that is what Hoover are charging, and they do that because we, the customers, are willing to pay it. It does have a selection of tools, including the obligatory "crevice tool". The cleaner holds the old fashioned bag, which seems to work well. The mains lead seems long enough for most homes.
I still think of this item as coming off the set of a new Star Wars movie, does it really need to be that aerodynamic?
It does have to be said that it makes a noise, not a great deal decibel-wise, but the sound is not a pleasant onem perhaps it is time research was put into silent systems?
Final question, does it suck the muck? well actually, yes it does, and that really is the important question, nothing else matters more, no matter how cheap an item is, if it is rubbish then it is a bad buy.
