I love this vac! It's very light and manageable. Being cordless I zip through my flat in no time. I've found that if I empty it each time and use my dustbuster on the filter I can get away with washing the hepa filter once a month. I've never been able to get the job done quicker or easier with any other vacs I've had. The rotating brush makes short work of the fuzz and hair but accumulates rapidly and impedes particulate absorbtion. Every 2 or 3 uses I find myself using a scisors to cut through the hair and fuzz wrapped around the
brush then with a gentle tug it all comes clean, usually takes a couple of minutes.
It's accesories are adequate and I like the charging stand. The handle can be folded down making it easier to hide behind an armchair sofa or whatever.
All in all The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. Freejet requires a little more maintenance than other vacs I've used yet it's light weight and cordless so it gets the job done quicker.
For me this is the
perfect apartment vac. Perhaps the engineers at hoover could perfect the maintenance side of it., but I sat down a good while trying to figure out how to improve it and came up with nothing. The HEPA filter is perhaps too efficient, it clogs quicky, on the other hand if some of those particles went through the filter I'd have to do more dusting so I'm getting used to it.
