I love this vac! It's very light and manageable. Being cordless I zip through my flat in no time. I've found that if I empty it each time and use my dustbuster on the filter I can get away with washing the hepa filter once a month. I've never been able to get the job done quicker or easier ... Review of Hoover SU 180 B2 by amodedoma

Advantages: very lightweight, long battery charge, relatively ample capacity, quick and easy maintenance
Disadvantages: filter clogs quickly reducing power, filter needs cleaning each use, won't pick up heavier particles, rotating brush accumulates hair and fuzz quikly and is difficult to clean

...Perhaps the engineers at hoover could perfect the maintenance side of it., but I sat down a good while trying to figure out how to improve it and came up with nothing. The HEPA filter is perhaps too efficient, it clogs quicky, on the other hand if some of those particles went through the filter I'd have to do more dusting so I'm getting used to it. ... Read review
