...I was shown to the Hoover Triple Vortex 2000. Unlike the Dyson it does not have expensive filters that you have to purchase every couple of months and the suction is quite amazing. When I put the hoover across my living room carpet at home I though the kids had bought the best part of the local beach into the house qyuite amzing. Its frightening what has come out of the carpet and this an apsolute must if you have a dog - buy it and you may even ...

...one for using an upright Hoover but have to say I am now converted.
I have owned this Hoover for about 6 months now and would I say it was a good Hoover, going by my above opening line "A pain in the bum"? Well yes I would and why it is a pain will be disclosed further down in the opinion.

>Easy move multi-grip handle and large on-off button (especially helpful ...

It pushed once ok then pulled once ok then didn't push. ... ...had broken allowing the innards to drop & do their best to rip the rug to tatters. I rang Argos & told them the problem, took it back that same afternoon & got a replacement straightaway so absolutely no problem with them.
'Vortex' got a thorough work out, doing all the room carpets in the house over that weekend & performed very well although it chucked out a lot of heat, a lot of noise & was quite heavy. The tool attachments are fairly standard ...

...pay about £50 for a Hoover and it would barely last a year. So I decided to buy a good quality Hoover, I heard about the Hoover Vortex, and it sounded perfect, as it's a reliable name, and it's perfect for people who suffer from dust allergies like myself. The vortex doesn't need any bags or replacement filters, it has a dust container, so when the container is full, you just empty it, and put it back in. It has a triple vortex system that picks ... ...auto cord rewind, and it's easy to store. This Hoover also comes with a 5-year parts warranty. A great hoover that is reliable, trust worthy and extremely efficient. However be careful not to pay too much you can get it on ebay for under £20!!!! ...
