airing cycle, Fast iron cycle, Highly efficient reverse action, Filter care indicator, Empty water indicator, Floor level condenser reservoir, C Energy rating
Advantages: Quiet, low energy consumption Disadvantages: Unusable, as door latch disintegrates after a few hours.
...I bought one of these on November 9, attracted by the large capacity and good energy rating. At first I was very impressed - it looks smart, the condensing bottle is at the top so convenient to empty, and it's very quiet. It easily handled the volume of laundry my three children produce and I thought I'd bought a good quality, durable workhorse.
However, after four days the fitting on the machine into which the door latches simply disintegrated, falling back into the body of the tumble dryer and making it unusable, as if the door isn't latched shut, the machine won't operate.
The shop replaced the machine six days later. The same fitting on the replacement machine collapsed after four hour, making the new machine unsable.
Hoover sent out a repairman, who said the component hadn't been fitted properly when the machine was built...

Advantages: no vent required. Disadvantages: water tray at bottom of machine
...Hi. We bought our hoover hnc180 from currys at the back end of last year for £220 . We own a indesit washer dryer however this has poor drying capabilities so needed an alternative drying machine for the winter months. The machine was ready to take away that day. On getting the machine home, unpacked , installed we set about the instructions. Very easy to use and with a great 8kg load capacity. The condensor function of this machine means no external vent or connection to a drain is necessary. The downside to this is the water tray needs emptying after every few loads and the condensor needs washing out about once a week . along with cleaning the lint filter which is standard practice for almost every dryer. the water tray and condensor are easy to access although some machines have the water tray located where the soap drawer would...

Advantages: Doesn't just clean the surface of your carpet like most hoovers Disadvantages: Is slightly heavier than some hoovers
...I only got the Dyson DC15 Allergy by chance. I originally set out to buy the Dyson DC14 Allergy priced at £278.95. What happened was a couple of weeks ago I was looking on the Argos website and noticed that most of the Dyson hoovers had big discounts and the DC14 Allergy was in the sale for £180. The only trouble was they were completely out of stock. As I wasn't to sure how long this sale would last and didn't want to pay full price for a Dyson I looked at the next option up - the Dyson DC15 Allergy which I found was reduced from £339.95 down to £240 and it was in stock. Well seeing as this was cheaper than the other version at full price I decided to go for it.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Well I got the Dyson home and took it out of its box together with its set of instructions and its 2 year guarantee and I have to admit it did look pretty...

The Panasonic 180 is the "entry level" 3CCD camcorder from Panasonic. I bought mine from Currys at just under £300.
