I bought one of these on November 9, attracted by the large capacity and good energy rating. At first I was very impressed - it looks smart, the condensing bottle is at the top so convenient to empty, and it's very quiet. It easily handled the volume of laundry my three children produce and I thought I'd bought a good quality, durable workhorse.
However, after four days the fitting on the machine into which the door latches simply disintegrated, falling back into the body of the tumble dryer and making it unusable, as if the door isn't latched shut, the machine won't operate.
The shop replaced the machine six days later. The same fitting on the replacement machine collapsed after four hour, making the new machine unsable.
Hoover sent out a repairman, who said the component hadn't been fitted properly when the machine was ...

Review of Miele S 380 cleaner
This is a bagged vacuum cleaner from the manufacturer, Miele. The Ciao photograph shows the product in red however my own is 'Bahama Blue'. I purchased mine to replace a cylinder style cleaner that I use for my static caravan.

The vacuum cleaner is a fairly basic model, it does not come with many attachments, i.e. No pet hair brush, or fragrance pocket for those little air fresheners. The cleaner is fairly quiet running in comparison to my upright cleaner (Dyson) which I use at home. It is ideal for carpeted floors, but I have to admit that I do not find it particularly efficient on longer piled carpets as it is hard work to manoever over anything other than a medium thickness carpet. Well, what has prompted me to write this review, is reading about other peoples negative experiences with IUD's in general, and to try and balance out some of those 'horror stories'.
After lots of research, I considered getting the IUD fitted was the best option for myself. Whilst condoms are great, (and obviously everyone should use them if you are not in a stable monogamous relationship) I do find them inconvenient. It's a common complaint from men, that condoms lessen the sensitivity - well, it lessons this woman's sensitivity also! I am in a committed monogamous relationship, so wanted a more convenient method.
I don't mean to sound preachy, but before we got rid of the condoms, both myself and my partner ...
