Advantages: Lightweight and simple to operate
Disadvantages: Lacks power and broke down almost immediayely

I bought this item at half price at £19.95 and thought that I had really found an amazing bargain. It arrived and I immediately began to set to work with my grubby kitchen. It worked ok although was not as powerful as I would have hoped. On the second day of use (only used briefly yesterday) it stopped working after one squeeze of the trigger whilst steam cleaning my daughters mucky book bag. How disappointing, now left with an almost half cleaned ...

Took five phone calls to get a refund as was out of stock, although I think a refund is better as I was left less than impressed with my amazing bargain and would not really recommend.
