I bought this item at half price at £19.95 and thought that I had really found an amazing bargain. It arrived and I immediately began to set to work with my grubby kitchen. It worked ok although was not as powerful as I would have hoped. On the second day of use (only used briefly yesterday) it stopped working after one squeeze of the trigger whilst steam cleaning my daughters mucky book bag. How disappointing, now left with an almost half cleaned ... ...for blockages and emptied and refilled the tank, but no joy. Took five phone calls to get a refund as was out of stock, although I think a refund is better as I was left less than impressed with my amazing bargain and would not really recommend. Lightweight and easy to use but lacks power and I did not find reliable... ...
