I bought this machine 6 years ago and am currently doing the first repair. the door seal needs replacing. my machine has been well travelled as we have moved house 4 times, and each time its plumbed in again its never been any problem. the buttons and settings are easy to use, the soap drawer is easy to remove and clean. i use my machine sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. i no longer use the tumble dryer because it took too long to dry the clothes in my opinion, but the machine is still in great working order. the extra rinse button is great when like me, you and your children have VERY sensitive skin. if i had to buy another washing machine tomorrow i would defiantely buy a hoover.
