Blade was first released in 1998, directed by Stephen Norrington, and starring Wesley Snipes as a half human half vampire, who's mission is to slay all the bad vampires of the world. When I first saw this film I loved it, I was a big fan of the comic books, and watching a big screen adaptation was just well worth the wait. ...If I was to explain Blade to anyone who hasn't seen it, I would describe it as a more violent, intense and action packed Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
