SLEEP SPONSORED BY HORLICKS Advantages: Tasty, luxurious, sleepy time drink. Disadvantages: None really, unless you don't like flavour of malt. Sleepy Time.... Advantages: Tastes lovely, nutritious, helps you to sleep Disadvantages: Not suitable for vegetarians ...a shift worker so quite often I need to sleep at weird times throughout the day, at times when I am not always tired.
