Advantages Great machine if you enjoy standing at the sink to wash up

Disadvantages Unreliable, noisy, poor quality

Bought this machine new a little over two years ago and already replaced it for one of a different manufacture. I found it exceptionally noisy (though the Manufacturer's Engineer reported that there was no fault) and unreliable with initial call-out within 12 month Guarantee Period and three times since, which gets very expensive!

Do NOT be fooled by the Manufactuer's 5 year parts guarantee. The parts are free but the cost of delivery and having them fitted is £100 minimum even when the replacement part fails six months later (It appears that there is only a 90 day warrenty on repairs) . My heater blew which also burnt-out the computer board but the Engineer didn't have these parts when he called so another 9 days was spent at the sink washing up. Six months later another intermittent fault which frequently prevented the machine running, but Customer Services appeared 'couldn't -care-less' and unwilling to explain the fault code dictated by different flashing lights. Advised again to have a Service Engineer call.
Perhaps I was unlucky but I didn't find the Manufacturer at all sympathetic or helpful in resolving the many problems, their only advice was to have another (expensive) Service Engineer visit.
