Advantages Feels solid, quiet when it works

Disadvantages Unreliable, interior cramped, drawers uneven, tablet holder too small.

Looked great in the shop and had a really solid feel.

In use the top drawer is uneven and awkward to load. Can't fit wine glasess in top tray, bottom tray only takes our smallest dinner plates, tablet holder too small for 'all in one' style tablets. Our previous machine had no such issues.

STOPPED WORKING within 2 months. Pump started making a racket and the machine would stop after 20 minutes instead of cleaning for 1hr 45mins or more. Checked filters (clean), water supply (no problems), and drains (clear).

First engineer agreed faulty but couldn't find source. Changed the pump 'in case that helps' and left. Worked for 1 load then spent over 5 hours on the next load before we pulled the plug!

Second engineer agreed faulty but couldn't find source. Changed the PCB 'its the only thing I can think of' and left. DID NOT EVEN COMPLETE THE FIRST WASH!

No luck getting a refund - retailer says 'we can keep on trying to repair it until it costs us too much'...

TOTALLY unhappy with product and service.

    If it's only two months old it's presumably still under guarantee and the retailer should be under a legal obligation to repair or replace it. I'd insist if I were you.
