I purchased this from tescos. The maximum wash capacity is 7kg and the colour white.

I purchased this washing machine as i wanted one that could keep household costs down so i searched online and instores looking for one that good do the job and is cost efficient. In the end I thought this one would be very ideal as it describes itself as 'provides brilliant and efficient results everytime' which it does, even the quick washes! & it also claims 'with an energy efficiency rating of A and a washing performance of A+ the Hotpoint machine will keep costs down while providing excellent results with every wash' I have to say when I read this I found it quite appealing and looked at many reviews and found that those who also purchased the item were very impressed with the low cost and excellence of the washing machine. So i decided i would go for it. I found the instructions for using it very easy, There is a 'key list' on the front to tell you what each wash does so you can choose which kind of wash you would like each time for example, 30 minute quick wash, cotton wash, woolens cycle, a shirt programme.. there is 16 programmes in total.

It has a child lock which i find useful as i have a 2 year old son.

It has a digital display too which i find useful as it makes the whole process easier as I can just take a look and know how long until it finishes.

I never fill the washing machine up fully but I do put a fair amount of clothes in... I use the washing machine about 3-4 times a week and only once in a day. I find this washing machine can cope with how much washing I do, As i said i have a 2 year old so there are always a lot of messy tops and trousers! & My boyfriends work overalls too!

My favourite thing is the 30 minute quick wash! It does the job fast! which is great for busy mums! I use this atleast once or twice a week. Great for when you are in a rush!

I also find that the washing comes out a little dryer than previous washing machines I have used which I find helpful as they clothes are lighter and dry quicker.

I wouldnt call this a technical washing machine at all but very 'mummy' orientated, the quick wash and the timer are so good.

I find HOTPOINT a very reliable brand and I am extremely pleased with my purchase!
