into the boot of the car it was put and it was then instalation time! the install info didn't make any sence as it seemed to want you to put a big piece of paper on the top of the machine and screw something to it, not that there was anything to screw in ...
...bit, the rest of the install was easy but my OH had to do it as despite being a lady who is more than capabile of doing this type of thing the machine is heavy so hired muscle maybe required ;-)

my bosch dishwasher died, I paid £70 for the repair man to come out just to tell me that it would cost me £270 to repair a machine that was nearly 10 years old - I'm no fool and saw no point in throwing good money after bad

The cutlary tray can be moved about and it is large enough to take a big meat cleaver, the bottom tray is easy to use however it can come off it's guide rails when pulling it out, it's easy to put back on but can be a pain sometimes - the bottom tray takes full size dishes too, in some areas of the tray it can be restricted by the width of larger plates but height wise it's fine - the top tray is also good but I do wish they had some upright spikes so you can put thinks like bottles in there without them falling or having to be jammed between other items -

the only issue I have with the top tray is that the spinning water jet arm under the top tray is close to the tray so if you have odd shaped items such as square plates or flower shaped plates the plate can poke out of the bottom of the tray and stop the water jet arm from going round which in turn stops the dishes from being washed, this is something to be mindful of - we now just always check to ensure that the water jet arms spin freely when fully loaded.

The wash seems to take conciderable time and it is noisy, there is a deep low hum that the machine produces, it does not annoy anyone in the home apart from me !

This machine comes with a white, brown and black facial - just make sure that you get the brown if that's what you want as we got the black in error but it's fine and probably better than the brown which may be a bit light - check out the colours before you buy

It's a good machine, a good price and take full size dishes, I don't think you can go wrong with this one - I have had mine for about 5 months now and it does what it says it will do - also, forgot to add - it dries very well - far better than my old bosch did
