OMG! this has to be the worst ever tumble dryer, problem after problem, the bearings in the drum went several times, each time the store i bought it from sent someone out to do a botch job, when i asked for a replacement they refused!! the door broke a few times then eventually after just two short years the dryer packed up totally. the drum burst free!! came of the axle thing that holds it on and bent all the back casing so the dryer was a right off!! never ever ever would i buy a hotpoint again, specially from the big shop named after a shooting star!! prior to the hotpoint i had some crappy cheap dryer, cant remember the make, but the poor thing went to the skip to be replaced by a totally unreliable hotpoint. very disappointed, my cheap dryer worked perfectly and never let me down once, ok it might not have looked as nice but it sure was a trusty dryer!
