I am not sure where work got their model from but it is available at several stores on line. The http://www.empiredirect.co.uksell it for £179, http://www.comet.co.uk/cometbrowse/product.do?sku=198919 also has it for £199.
There are a couple of outlets selling it at £227, but most shops are selling it at 178or 179 this price is similar ...

Hotpoint is a realiable name but it is good to get 1st hand advise on any product. This Tumble Dryer does not disappoint.
It has a decent loading capacity with a maximum of 6kg, and the Energy Efficiency grade is "C" (this is a reasonable grade as the effeciency of all tumble dryers are graded on a scale of A - G with A being the best).
I personally like the Start Delay Option (up to 18 hours) and the fact that it displays time remaining.
Demensions ... ...a new product. Height in cm = 85, Width in cm = 60.
This is a vented dryer and needs to be positioned someone where the venting hose can be placed. Another feature I like about this product is the Electronic Drying Sensor (This is a sensor that electronically accesses the exact moisture level and makes sure of accurate drying conditions resulting in a more energy effecient product and prevents overdrying).

Advantages: Excellent drying even of items which I would previously line dry only Disadvantages: Has a releatively long pause between pressing the start button and the machine starting - we sometimes wonder if it is going to start or not - but it always does!
I chose the Hotpoint Aquarius VTD60 as a replacement when my old tumble dryer gave up the ghost. Until then I had thought I was perfectly satisfied with the performance of the old one. Now I know what I was missing.
Previously I had many items I preferred to line dry to make sure they did not shrink. Now, however, I can dry almost everything in the machine, which is a boon in wet weather. It has two systems of settings: You can opt for setting the ... ...I usually do this as it is quick and easy and you soon get to know how long a particular load will take on the two settings. So far I have not had anything shrink on the lower setting - it really is safe and gentle.
Alternatively, you can choose settings like "ready to iron", "hanger dry" or "cupboard dry" for each of two settings cottons or synthetics. The machine then decides how hot and for how long to dry. They are quite useful but I have usually ...
