I bought the washing machine basically because we were in a rush to buy one, having just moved home with a young child "helping".

We went to the local superstore and asked for the cheapest 1200rpm spin washing machine, with highest energy efficiency (maybe the only forethought we had at the time!!)

However, we are extremely pleased with our purchase, the washing machine has being going stron for the last 9 months, without any problems whatsoever.

To us this has been a minor miracle, with us having to do at least one up to three loads of washing a day, with some very small socks and other items of clothing being washed alongside our own clothes. We have however not had any missing items no matter how small they were!

The washing always comes out clean, no matter how stained it was and the hand wash program has successfully cleaned all of our delicate clothes without a problem, in comparison with some of the old washing machines we have had. The ability to clean woolen items has also been a great relief.

The wash programs are generally fairly fast, so you don't have to wait all day for that shirt etc. and the fast spin really does well at removing excess water from the clothes.

The best thing for me though (being a plain and simple man!) has being able to actually work the thing. You just have to select the program, temperature and push start - great! With other washing machines we have had I have felt like I need to go to university to just learn how to operate them!

The washing energy consumption (at 60C) is 1.14kWh which means that it compares very favourably with other washing machines in its price bracket.

All in all I would recommend the washing machine and
if you shop around you should be able to pick one up for around £330, which seems reasonable!
