It's a lot like reading 300 pages of those one-liners you find on cards or fridge magnets: some of them are funny at first, but it gets extremely tiring after a while. The story
The story starts with Cassie visting her friend Jazz in jail for the murder of her husband abroad.
At the lawyers office Cassie is given a notepad and pen and told to write down everything that started this. The book then goes into flashback mode for most of the story and it is all in her point of view.
It starts with Jazz Jardine, a stay ... ...Hannah a career woman with no children and Cassie herself who is a teacher, mother and is married to a vet. As the story gets closer and closer to the end lies, affairs and toyboys are revealed.
My thoughts on this
The book is very funny and keeps me glued to the pages, wondering in what way is she going to kill him. You can empathise quite easily with the characters though I found the ending slightly cliched and a bit disappointing.
