Hardened optical glass that has 4 times the breaking strength in ANSI standardized testing (ANSI Z80.3:2001) where a steel balls of varying size and weight were dropped from a... more...height of 50 inches onto the glass.
Advantages: Filters out UV haze, Protects your lens front element. Disadvantages: None
the front of your lens, it is the filter that you damage, not your lens, and it is far cheaper to replace a filter, than it is to replace a lens that can cost hundreds or even thousands of pounds.
All HoyaUVfilters replicate your lens screw mount on the outside of the filter, this means that you can fit other filters and other accessories such as lens hoods to your lens without having to remove your UVfilter.
In conclusion
These filters are relatively cheap to buy, they will improve your picture quality, and they can save you a lot of money in damaged lenses.
Hoyafilters are world renowned for their quality and value, So if you have not got one of these filters fitted to the front of all your lenses, then go ahead and get some, you will never regret it, and in the case of damage you'll be really glad that you did.

Advantages: Quality 'feel', does the job superbly and lets you screw other filters on to it. Disadvantages: Doesnt turn you into David Bailey ;)

Optics wise its a quality piece of glass and you certainly wont notice any degradation in the quality of your photos. Also the little plastic case you buy it in is good, it feels strong and slips into your camera bag nicely.
Other than that peeps I dont know what else to say, so here's the conclusion: A nice quality piece of kit, that does the job well and wont leave you disapointed! ...

Bose SoundDock Digital Music System

Summary:
This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these.
Pros:
This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential.
I have a surround sound Bose set up in one of my rooms but now prefer to use this product as it is very simple to operate. Just plug the mp3 player in and press play and your set. Can't get much simpler. It also runs off a wall ...
