Advantages: Simple to use Disadvantages: Cant think of any!
First impressions of the Canon EOS 1000D were great. Looks and features of a top of the range camera, and incredibly easy to use. There are a variety of different settings, ranging from fully auto, to manual mode where your creative side is let free. I am a novice photogtapher, and i find the 1000D incredibly easy to use. Set the camera on full auto and it becomes a point and click camera like and digi cam on the market, except the picture quality is alot better. There is even an option to use the large LCD screen as a preview screen like on digi cams. Personally i dont use the camera in this way, im teaching myself how to use manual modes, which isnt as hard as it seems as the layout of the camera is easy to use, and easy to get used to. Overall, this is a perfect camera for beginners, and amateurs, but still holds its own as a camera ...

Advantages: Good Speed Disadvantages: the cable is too short
I am an organic farmer from Indonesia. Since I live in my farm, located on an inland, in Southern Sukabumi, West Java, i need a tools that will helping me to get internet connection.
There are a low signal for cellular phone in my farm area! Yup, it?s a big problem to internet connection. One day, my brother send me a gift. A modem: Huawei E220.
I like this modem shape. simple and funny. Elegant with white color.
So, can i connected? Oh, no! Not yet! For the first time, the modem can?t reach the cellular signal. But, I think? the problem is not caused by the modem. The problem is caused by cellular signal.
I've tried a simple technique, as a solution for solving this problem!
I made an amplifier antenna. I wrap the copper wire to a modem, and hung the end of the wire to the roof of my house. And then, this Huawei E220 modem working ...

The Canon EOS 1000D is an excellent entry level camera. I bought it in September 2008 for £384 with the 18-55mm lens and a £50 cashback from Canon themselves.
The picture quality is excellent with a basic range of settings that are excellent for beginners to learn the ropes of photography. The build quality and reliability of this Canon is very good and i have had no problems or faults with it what so ever. Battery life is also very good and you can easily have a day out without worry of your Canon dying on you.
For the price i feel it has all the functions you need to take excellent photographs and would definately recommend it to friends or family if looking to buy an entry level camera. The instruction booklet that comes included is also very user friendly and something you can learn alot from, especially if you are a beginner like ...
