Hugo Boss Deep Red Eau de Parfum Spray

I just finished my bottle of Hugo Boss Deep Red perfume today so I decided I should write a review about it. Someone bought me the perfume last year either for my birthday or Christmas and it was part of a gift set. If I can remember correctly the whole set was in a large square shaped box, which was mainly red in colour with a picture of the bottle of perfume on the front of it and Hugo written in large bold white lettering. Hugo Deep Red was first launched back in 2001 and after trying a few testers in Debenhams about a year after it first appeared on the shelves, I threw out some hints that I would like a bottle for Christmas. My hints were taken and I received my first bottle for Christmas and it has remained one of my favourite perfumes ever since. I was bought this by a guy I work with for Christmas in 2003 and as soon as I smelt it I knew I loved it. I’m still rather flattered that he would associate such a seductive fragrance with myself – the guy obviously has good taste! The box is pretty simple – black in colour and not a lot on it but with a bright red interior. The bottle is also simple - except that the bottle is a gorgeous deep red colour, although you can still see how much you have left through the glass with silver writing to tell you the make and type of perfume. It’s rare that an advertisement will incite me to buy anything but they regularly put me right off. Products included in this category include Calgon tablets (washing machines live longer with Calgon) Bounty (the stronger soaker upper) and kinder surprise (that awful dubbing!) The advert for Hugo Deep Red (your fragrance, your rules) also annoys me. That funny looking woman sprawled on a chair tormenting this poor (and rather tasty) fella trying to sleep with an angle lamp. Hugo Boss Deep Red Eau de Parfum was released back in 2002, and has proved a very popular women's fragrance. I was bought a bottle a couple of years ago, but only recently rediscovered it whilst at the airport... Appearance In terms of appearance, Hugo Boss Deep Red comes in a glass bottle which is quite an unusual shape, but very bold, trumpeting outwards towards the base from a narrow top.
