I had a Touch Box 4 freesat box which, quite frankly was a waste of time. The Humax box has been a revelation. We watch our programs all the time through it now. My first impression was its small neat size, not dominant at all in the cabinet. Living in the "sticks" I was stuck with 4 channels and quite poor picture quality. I only have an SD TV but the picture quality has improved considerably. It is sharp with good colours. My last set had manual set up but the Humax is fully automatic. I had trouble inputting the post code. It would not accept the space using either the handset or on screen system. So, I tried the code without the space and it worked. It is so easy, even I could do it (at 73, I do sometimes have problems). I only have 2 minor criticisms of the unit. I have to set the volume to maximum to obtain the required sound. This is not a particular problem but does not give you any leeway. The second is the quite long warm up time. Again, not a particular problem unless you are a bit late for a program. I find the handset easy to use, well laid out and comfortable to hold. On screen information very helpful. All in all, I am very hapy with the Humax and would recommend it as a "very good buy"
