It is amazing how much fun children have while making a lot of noise! Hungry hippies, is a four player game that involves hand eye coordination and an abundance of fun.
Situated around a plastic board, where four sets of colored balls are placed, are four 'hungry hippoes'. These 'hungry hippoes', a contraption that you hit on the head to push out a scoop, eat up all the balls in the middle.
The idea is to 'eat' all your colored balls, before all the other hippos eat theirs. The winner is the one who eats their colored balls first.
There are many variations on the game, making it harder or easier. For instance, you could just play to eat as many balls as possible, making it easier and more suitable for the younger children.
Hungry Hippoes can help with maths and co-ordination, but really is designed to be lots of fun and very noisy!!
This game is great for parties and children upto the age of ten will enjoy it!
