Since I was tiny I have adored animals. So when I discovered the delights of the Animal Ark books, written by author Lucy Daniels, I simply had to have them all! One I had in my collection was Husky in a Hut.
The first thing you notice with a book is the cover so it is important that it makes a good first impression. Now although I adore dogs, I've always been a little scared by huskies, but thankfully the cover of this book is quite pretty and the picture of the husky does not make me walk away. He is standing outside a hut, appropriatly, and the suspence of why he is there actually draws me in.
The book is about Mandy Hope, daughter of two vets. One of the huskies is injured during a ski ride and Mandy takes him to rescue. But will she be able to get proper help to the dog before it is too late, or is the husky had his last run ...
Advantages: Beautiful, the ultimate dog, affectionate Disadvantages: prone to running away, assertive over food

Counter-Strike: Source is a very popular first-person-shooter which has been admired by many millions of people world-wide since its release - Personaly, I dont see the 'hoohar' of this game.
Despite this games ever-lengthening age it doesn't seem to be losing too many players to the newer, more hard-hitting games out there (such as Fear, Crysis and Call of Duty). The basic low-down of Counter-Strike (...and it really is basic), is this. At the beginning of a round the player must chose between two teams: The Counter-Terrorists, for those players who feel they need rid ...
