    Advantages Advantages Fairly reliable, cheap to buy, large cutting area.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Poor cutting system, poor ergonomics.

    I bought this mower for about £1100 and have had it for about two years now and it is still working reasonably well. However, signs of ageing aren't hard to miss. If left for over a couple of weeks, it is s**t to start. You turn the key and nothing happens. After trying to turn it on about 5 times, the starter motor begins to almost come into life, but isn't turning over properly as if there is a flat battery. After about another 5 turns, the engine eventually starts to turn over, but very, very slowly. And then you have to wait until eventually it starts. If you mow the lawn almost weekly in ... more

    Does anyone have a solution for it's poor start manners?

    In the review- the first paragraph describes exactly my experiences. Unfortunately, the reviewer did not provide a solution. I charged the battery, left it for a while and then it started. This is not really a solution since I would like to cut the lawn without a 2 hour delay.
