Advantages: Excellent Menu Navigation, good picture clarity for standard and HD Disadvantages: Scart socket is flimsy

The picture quality I would have to say is exceptional with an excellent contrast rate of 10,000:1 and a brightness of 1,500 cd/m². ... ...for softness, sharpness, warm to cold picture etc.
The menu is set out clearly, audio can easily be equalised or even preset to a favourite level with the 5 bands audio equalizer. There are various other features including teletext, a picture in picture function, and an alarm function so that you don't miss any of your favourite programmes!

I easily connected my XBOX console to take advantage of the HD option. I have to admit I was astounded with the sharpness of picture and how vibrant the colours looked. You really have to see it to appreciate the wonder of HDTV. I really can't imagine going back to standard picture.
Clear instructions are included in an easy format manual. Batteries are supplied with the remote control. The remot itself is sturdy and easy to use with all the buttons laid out and marked clearly.
The only downside to this television was the flimsy scart socket which failed and was replaced via warranty. Luckily there are two scart sockets. I would fully recommend this television if you are loking for HDTV under £800
