...Hyundai N91W 19inch Widescreen TFT Monitor
**Background Research**
I bought this monitor one month ago, I had decided that I wanted a widescreen monitor (mainly because its a bit different and much better for watching video on) with a black surround that was wall mountable. However as I play games I had to have a quick response time, so after researching decided that anything 8ms or below would be good enough. When I started to research different monitors and the different online retailers it became clear that most online companies sold the same monitors but the prices varied. After a few weeks I had boiled my choice down to 3 monitors, the one above, a 19" Hanns G (roughly £140 + delivery) and a special offer on Dabs for a 19" Widescreen (£130 inc VAT and delivery).

Advantages: Doesn't take up much room and looks nice Disadvantages: None

What you need is a fast refresh rate. So my friend bought a Hyundai monitor advertised at Overclockers.co.uk as being capable of blur free gaming with a 12ms refresh rate. Now - this is important, because whereas his original model which was incorrectly advertised as being 'blur free' when it evidently wasn't, was a 12ms refresh rate model, the L90D+ was an 8ms model.
Faster is better with refresh...

Advantages: Price, looks and also performance above its price! Disadvantages: No horizontal adjustment on the stand, built-in speakers aren't the best.
...I recently decided to build an entirely new computer after my 3 year old laptop started having problems with the latest games. It was a relatively pain-free experience because I knew a lot about the parts involved, with the exception of a flat-screen monitor! I searched around 4 or 5 different websites looking at 19\" widescreen monitors and was looking for one with around 1000:1 contrast ratio. In short, the greater the contrast ratio the better generally.
After a lot of hunting around and reading various reviews I decided on the Hyundai ImageQuest N91W as my first flat-screen monitor. The specification is quite high for the price bracket and the design is beautiful too. I expected it to be average when I got it but it took me by surprise in a good way! The picture is very clear, crisp and bright (too bright on the default...
