Where would I be without my Amica. Stuck indoors at home, that's where. My little car has opened up a totally new way of life for me at a price I can afford with the reliability I need and with no end of nooks and crannies to store those little extra things that creep into a car that contains two small grandchildren as well as their Mum and me! - and our shopping and a pushchair! OK some people think I'm Postman Pat and laugh when they see me but I responded by buying my own fake 'Jess' who sits on my parcel shelf and surveys the scenary as it flashes by. My little car had taken me to France and back most economically and it will take a lot to make me change her. If you are seriously considering buying a little run-about town model you could go far wrong if you don't consider an AMICA - powered steering, electric windows, great driving views and light on fuel - what more could you want, eh?

Take no notice of the P.Pat comments, I have known plenty worse when I drove a Moskvitch direct import on Q plates! I would have loved to know a bit more about say, handling, finish, running costs and a bit of tech stuff - as I (no offence intended) have not come across anyone who has a Hyundai.. anyhow, it was good to read and I hope to hear more from you.
Advantages: Cheap purchase price, low running costs, ideal in urban areas, comfortable, 5 year warranty Disadvantages: Not in the slightest prestigious, looks that aren't to everyone's taste
