I bought a car from the internet website BCC Hyundai a little over a year ago. The car I bought was Hyundai but they also deal in Kia as well.
I have to say this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had from the minute I launched their website to the minute I drove away in my new car.
STEP 1 ====== Launch the website and search for the car model you want. You can buy both new and used cars from this site. Once you have located the car you want be it new or used and you are happy with "no haggle" price move to step 2.
STEP 2 ======
Now you can call them on the freephone number provided.
If you have a part exchange they will deal with this as well. Here is a statement from their website "Contrary to most peoples belief the number of cars ordered by clicking on the enter key via the Internet is very, very small. In 99% of deals being done you will need to speak to the supplier. We don't buck this trend. We understand that the personal interaction on a very large purchase like a vehicle requires verbal agreement. We can arrange part exchange valuations, but please supply as much information as possible to get you the best price. Our prices are no haggle and we work on very tight margins. So the part ex allowance is going to be a "cash in" or trade price".
In reality I found that the part exchange price they offered me was in excess on £1000 better than any of the local garages around me had offered.
OK so once you have spoken to them and agreed a part ex price as well as made an agreement for the vehicle you require move to step 3.
STEP 3 ======
BCC will sent you an order form either by fax or post which they will ask you to sign and return by your chosen method i.e. fax, e-mail or post.
STEP 4 ======
The next step is they take a deposit. They can take from you by credit card, switch, visa delta etc. We don't take Am Ex or Diners card sorry. The normal deposit is £250 to £500.
My deposit on a 7k car was £250.00 - this secure the vehicle until you sort the rest of your finance out.
STEP 5 ======
Next is arrange a mutually agreeable date for collection of the vehicle. You can have the car delivered by transporter at a price of £1.89 per mile, and they will also collect your part exchange and bring it back. They can also drive the vehicle to you at a cost Please see below.
I actually picked my own car up from Bolton - it was ready and waiting for me at the agreed time. They simply checked over my part ex and the deal was done.
STEP 6 ======
Basically hand over teh money and any documents for your part ex and the deal is done. Drive away in your vehicle.
So why was this so good. Basically it saved time and there was no sitting around in car showrooms with sales men nagging you to buy and offering you deals that could only be done "before end of close today".
Finally not only did I get £1000 or so more for my part ex - the car I bought was around £800.00 cheaper than I had seen it anywhere else as well.

Advantages: Cheap purchase price, low running costs, ideal in urban areas, comfortable, 5 year warranty Disadvantages: Not in the slightest prestigious, looks that aren't to everyone's taste
