I have been dealing with IBC for a number of years now and I have never had the problems expeirenced with the person who wrote the last review. The only reason I can see they has trouble is that they may have bid on a car using the online auction and chickened out after the purchase. IBC has a policy of requiring a 100,000 jpy (€750) deposit to receive bidding rights. If you bid on a car, win the bid, and then decide not to buy the car then IBC is stuck with it and therefore keep your deposit And rightly so. However if you bid and you do not win, the deposit is refundable. As for other exporters, the concern I have always had is the lack of information about the car. Im not going to buy a car on the basis of a few pictures and a poor description if I do not have a good relationship with the exporter. With IBC you get as many pictures as you want, an honest inspection with an homest report. Plus the service is amazing with 24/7 chat/phone/skype/e-mail. if you cant get in contact to voice a concern you must be a techonlogy virgin! If you want a car form Japan then IBC is perfect for buying your own personal car and also the auction offers dealers the best prices if you know enough about the cars you want to sell. I would highly reccomend IBC. check it out www.ibcjapan.co.jp
