...Fitted one the other day for a client, certainly interesting design, socket wise. Fitted simply and perfectly, and yes it does come with retail HSF (Heat Sink Fan) and it performs well keeping a good temperature with little noise. Performance wise, its quick, very quick and would recommend it to anyone looking for newish technology without spending a premium.
The Fronstside bus on this P4 is at 800 but i have overclocked mine to about 950 which gave me speeds of 3.8ghz, i dont receommend this as it can be very harmful to your system.
For those of you that dont know alot about computers the front side bus of your CPU is how fast it works along side the memory, ideally you should have a setup something like this.

Advantages: Sleek design, very powerful, reliable, large screen and typical premium quality as expected from Toshiba Disadvantages: Heavy and a little large. this is a very protable lap top but you can't exactly throw it around due to it's weight and slightly larger then normal size
...means you can multitask and good quality sound and video. The Intel Centrino 1.7GHz processor is equivilent to the speed of a 2.5 to 3GHz desk top computer. Extremely fast.
The Centrino processor also allows for longer battery life; 5-6 hours, about as long as you'll find on the best of notebooks these days.
One low point about this notebook is it's weight, it is rather heavy so it's not quite as portable as some of the other notebooks which you can throw around but it is still fairly portable.
