IS PAPER JUST PAPER ?

Advantages: PROFESSIONAL FINISH
Disadvantages: PRICEY

parting with my Nine Pounds, for a pack of 25 sheets, I thought that bearing in mind also the price of ink, my use of the paper would be for special projects only that needed good presentation. STORING THE PAPER I used to have a darkroom in the dark ages, and knew that photographic paper should be stored in a cool place. My choice was a cupboard that is reasonably cool, although darkness is not really an issue, since the paper comes in a packet, and as long as the packet is closed after use, the paper stores fine. THE TEST. I have tried many papers, from Epsom to cheapy papers, and have never really been impressed with the finish. All of the papers that I have tried have been of similar weight to this one, i.e. 270 gram, because anything flimsier that this really isn't worth spending my money on. A paper trail

Advantages: Top quality print
Disadvantages: quite expensive

a great paper to use for those special documents which you require to look particularly good. It does have a drawback though it is quite a bit more expensive than the normal packs of paper. 50 sheets will cost you in the region of about £5.99 which is about 10p a sheet. This is very expensive for ordinary print jobs so if you do decide to purchase this paper save it for those special projects. I do think it is good value if you are trying to impress a prospective employer with a great looking sharp and clear CV. If he sees the effort you have put in I do believe he is more likely to look at your CV again whereas with normal paper it's just another bog standard CV. So in conclusion I would recommend this paper for someone who wants to make some kind of impression or quality statement ...

HP Office Paper - I know, I know, a boring topic

Advantages: Cheap, good enough quality
Disadvantages: None

this printer paper in pretty much any printer. It works fantastically on both inkjet and LaserJet printers, the results are reflected in the quality of the printer. The paper is very good for printing text, in black and white and colour, as well as detailed pictures or diagrams. It is not designed for printing photos, the results are pretty shocking, regardless of whatever printer you use. The images appear very splodgy and the colours tend to mix up when the hit the paper. You can also use this paper for writing and drawing on, as it doesn't really matter how good the paper is when you use pens or pencils on it. --Quantity and Price-- The Hewlett Packard Office printer paper comes in individual reams of 500 sheets. If you buy the paper in bulk quantities, in boxes, you get four reams in each. The paper comes in only one variety, 75 ...
