emmerdale Advantages: great tv Disadvantages: a little slow moving at times Emmerdale is a soap orera set in yorksire so is a farming rural area. Emmerdale used to be quite slow moving and quite boring but over the recent years has improved a lot, there story lines are better and there are a lot more cast members aswell. The latest story line in emmerdale has been brewing for a few weeks now since the death of baby daniel, baby daniel died of cot death but they also during the post mortum found that he had the gene for ... ...his mom or dads family meaning they must have been given the wrong baby, there baby is still alive somewhere. The new judges really don't like each other. Cheryl and Danni hate each other Cheryl hates Lois Lois thinks Danni is a mime artist. At least in 2007 Sharron and Lois got on famouslly. Deeley and Redmond an awake pair Advantages: goos saturday morning entertainment for all Disadvantages: non The follow up music programme viewed by the UK after smTV. I always watch this show because I roughly want to see who is number 1 that week and also to find out the latest music news and information. PRESENTERS The show used to be presented by Cat Deeley and Ant & Dec but they left so it's now Cat Deeley and James Redmond (ex hollyoaks star). There are rumours that Cat could leave soon but she will hopefully stay for a while because she ... ...is that they are always so lively and cheery in the morning and look as if they love their job. The other good thing is they are so friendly with the famous people so most stars ask to come on the show because they love it. I personally think Ant & Dec did present better but James and Cat seem to get on well and also ant & dec have moved on to bigger and beter things. USA USA! Advantages: Watching AMericans receive some home truths Disadvantages: The wannabes....dreadful! A good few years back now we all couldn't believe it when Will Young beat Gareth Gates to win Pop Idol...and then followed the myriad of shows in the similar format....100,000 contestants, narrowed down to twelve..then to one... We have changed our format in the UK and now have the X factor, which is managed by Simon Cowell....America has kept with the 'Idol' format and is now in its eigth season managed by Simon Fuller...but led by ...Simon Cowell!!! ... ...joy that it brings to my viewing on ITV2. We start each season with the audition process. have you got the x factor? Advantages: some good music from all genres Disadvantages: some rubbish acts The X factor is an family entertainment show on itv normally on around 7.30pm on saturday night, then returning later for the results of the earlier show and to see who has not made it. I really love watching x factor and so does my daughter as she boogies along to the music too!! initially there are 12 contestants and each week one is knocked out depending on the lowest votes and the panels choice. the panel are: simon cowell, cheryl cole, danni ... ...leary In my opinion there have only been a couple of artists that have made something of themselves from this show and thats shayne ward and leona lewis This year the singers are very good and i have a few that i would like to see win the recording contract at the end, cant say i dislike anyone as yet. If you like music then i think you will like this show, also entertaining watching the judges pick at each other!!!
