Advantages: An amusing TV Show gaurenteed to have you laughing. Disadvantages: Audience members tend to shout out randomley which can be sometimes off putting.
If you look over at the specific criteria you will see that in my opinion the ITVshowing of The Jerry springer Show is unmemorable compared to similar programmes this is because if your not aware Jerry Springer also had a show on skys living channel were he was based in america.When doing this show in america it was certainly more enjoyable though the storylines that arose were some what similar you could always gaurentee it would be highly amusing to wacth.Many more stipulations were put in place when Jerry Sringer chose to bring these similar yet classics storys over to the UK.I would still recommend that its worth wacthing.Jerry springers sercurity guard Mr Steve Wilkos also travels with him over to the uk still allowing this show to be just has big a success as the american version. ...

Hands up if you?ve never heard of The Cosby Show? No? Really? Well if you like 80s American sitcoms, you probably will find that you missed out a great deal if you never caught any episodes of this show.

The Cosby Show was first aired in the US in 1984 and starred the loveable and talented Bill Cosby in the lead role as Dr Cliff Huxtable with Phylicia Rashad as his lawyer wife Clair. The well to do couple had five kids Sondra, Denise, Theo, Vanessa and Rudy played by Sabrina LeBeauf, Lisa Bonet, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Tempesst Bledsoe and Keshia Knight Pulliam respectively with other recurring characters over the show?s airtime of 8 years. and is now just a corporate picture box with little soul or identity, at least when it was Thames we used to get an on screen continuity announcer that gave the whole show a personal touch, truthfully I miss these! There is no real stab at making anything funny on this channel any more now as ITV used to show good comedies like Robins Nest or action series like The Professionals are never shown. Even the films have to be split in two to accommodate News at Ten.
ITV2 is utilised a secondary channel in much the same way as BBC3, the trouble is that ITV1 never seems to be backed up by these channels at all and all seem to be individual rather than working in a joined up method to establish ITV1 as the fundamental channel that should be the first place that the viewer clicks to watch a program.
