About the DVD
PanDaemonAeon was originally released onto VHS video in 1999 and was released on DVD in 2002. The main features on this DVD are based around the "From the cradle to enslave" music video which was directed by Alex chandon, the same person who directed many other cradle of filth videos and documentarys including the full length movie; Cradle of fear. The DVD contains two versions of "from the cradle to enslave". One is a clean version and the other uncensored. There is also a "Making of" video and a live performance filmed at the London Astoria on June 5th 1998. The tracklisting for the show is as follows;

Advantages: The best of American comedy. Disadvantages: Might not appeal to all senses of humour.
'Serial Mom' is a great comedy and a thoroughly entertaining film, exploiting to the full the talents of Kathleen Turner. She delivers a highly fun and amusing performance, from the start presenting the viewer with the image of a unique and humorous character.
The film is set in 1990s America with an apparently perfect household, ran by an apparently perfect housewife. However, this illusion is soon shattered and a somewhat more sinister appearance becomes apparent- that of Mrs. Beverley Sutphin and her morbid behaviour.
Her murderous exploits are not sick, but funny, so this film is not one for those with a humour based on light-hearted themes. She lives a dual life with a split personality and psychopathic tendencies- her constant and extreme changes from pleasant, loving lady to crazy killer adds to the entertainment value ...

Advantages: Creates an atmosphere felt with very few albums Disadvantages: You have to be in the right mood to listen to it
Already being the proud owner of five different cradle of filth albums, when my dad decided he disliked "Damnation and a day" i offered him a few quid for it. What i received was my favourite Cradle album.
The album creates a huge atmosphere and in depth world. This is mainly done because it features the 40-piece Budapest Film Orchestra and 32-piece Budapest Film Choir.
The concept
The album is in four parts. The first two parts tell of the fall of lucifer and the third and fourth parts are about satan's manipulation on Earth. So overall the album is based on the old testament.
The lyrics
The lyrics are some of my favourites. "Angels in raiments, As pure as coal, Taking their payments, In tortured mortal souls" The lyrics arn't for the faint hearted and arn't too popular with Christians but they are intelligent ...
