Advantages Advantages Very, very fuuny. A must for all Alan fans

Disadvantages Disadvantages Not enough is made of the audiobook version

Advantages Advantages One of the funniest things I have read for a long time

    Disadvantages Disadvantages I want more!

I was intrigued as to how an autobiography by a fictional character would work. It could easily have been a hasty rehashing of old scripts but with Armando Iannucci and Steve Coogan at the helm, I knew to expect better than that. The book covers the life of Alan Partridge from birth - a delightfully cringe-worthy description that is more befitting the Second Coming than the entrance into the world of a mediocre talk show ... more
