I purchased a pair of V-Moda headphones from IBIT Store. After 7 months they failed and I contacted iBITs Store. They didn't want to know and told me I should contact the manufacturers who were based in the USA. Under UK trading law my contract is with the supplier and NOT the manufacturer, and the goods should last a reasonably amount of time. Advantages: Nothing Disadvantages: They are absolutely terrible
I placed an order in April 09 and their website advised that 30 were in stock, they never sent it but kept my money. They are terrible at communicating, hardly ever answer the phone and always avoid commiting to help you out. I eventually got my money back after 6 months after the threat of legal action. To be honest I'm amazed they are still trading, please please do not ever order anything from this website, the prices aren't actually that competitive ...

This company has to be the worst online merchant I have ever come across.
I order a Booq Vyper laptop case for my Macbook on 8th June 2009. Their website stated they had 13 in stock. They took payment on 9th June. After one week I had still not received goods. Rang them (0871 number) and was told would definitely be with me by end of week. Still no sign after 3 weeks despite numerous calls, emails and empty promises. It now seems they can't deliver ...

Firstly, they didn't send me the Griffin itrip I paid for but took the money from my account. They said it must be lost in the post. A month later it arrived but it was a much cheaper model than I paid for so I sent it back. Waited another month for a replacement which again was a much cheaper model than I paid for. Don't bother trying to phone them. No answer or you get diverted to some dodgy answering machine. Most of the time they don't reply ... ...the lat time they sent me the wrong product and surprise surprise, they answered my email within minutes. I'm still waiting for my refund though. iBitStore? It's a scam so don't go posting on here saying you got your fingers burned!! You have been warned. The sooner they are closed down the better. ...

I have never had a worse online (or offline) experience when it comes to purchasing goods. I purchased a case for £15 which I presumed a company with so many products on their site would naturally have available (as stated on the site). It did not arrive in 3 days, it did not arrive in 5 days. After 7 days I contacted them as they had not sent me any information regarding my order. I received no response. After 15 days I got an email saying my product ... ...no i wanted what I ordered. I asked for a refund which I eventually got after 20 or so days. This is terrible. How can a company advertise the fact they have products available, take your money and then hold onto it for so long. They must make a mint off the interest. I have now seen all the other terrible reviews around the web and realised it was my mistake for going with such a dodgy outfit. Ibitstore is a dodgy site and I feel sorry for anyone ...
