Advantages: Contains "probiotics" B vitamins & minerals; no aspartame; no gelatine; gluten-free Disadvantages: All varieties of Ski Yogurt not always available
...The most recent variety of Nestle Ski Yogurt I purchased was the "Variety Burst" six-pack, containing two Raspberry, two Apricot, one Peach and one Strawberry yogurt pot. It was reduced for quick sale at Asda to 60p, which seems relatively good value for money.
Normal prices for a six-pack range from £1.50 at Iceland for a regular pack to £2.08 for Activ-8 at ASDA; £1.49 for a four-pack at Sainsbury's.

There are certainly many different types of yoghurt / yogurt available in Supermarkets today: for someone who is "lactose-intolerant" as I am, it is one way to get some of the calcium the body needs, with the cultures used to produce the yoghurt breaking down the lactose into a suitable form to be consumed (with caution and with discretion) which will not affect my system.

Advantages: Tastes lovely Disadvantages: Not enough of it!
...and herbs. The chicken pieces are of a good and chunky size, and the quantity of chicken is more than what you'd expect for such a cheap meal. The rice is nice. Although I never really find the rice microwaved as good as what it is when cooked properly on the stove. (It's not just Iceland, it's any rice). But, all the same, it was good - not stuck together. It was nice and loose and soft to eat.
The meal contains lowfatyogurt, onion, water, milk powder, tikka paste (1%), cream, sugar, garlic, ginger and tomato puree amongst other things.
It also states on the packet that it is made in a production area that uses nuts, and it contains gluten, milk and garlic. Per meal microwaved it contains 439 calories and 3.6g of fat. Not bad for a ready meal, is it?

In summary, I love this meal...
