Iceland is a niceland when you care only of priceland

Advantages Good Value on Brand names
Disadvantages Absolutely dreadfully tasting Iceland products
I tried a Chinese combination today, Icelands' very own and to say I am bitterley disapointed would be an understatement.
It consisted of:Aromatic Crispy duck and pancakes, that (and this is being kind) tasted like out of date tuna.
Special Fried Rice that was pale in colour (obviously no soy or oyster sauce which is a Chinese essential) and it was full of those awful marrow peas and I mean full - why?
Sweet & Sour Chicken which was basically re-shaped chicken dippers but at least the sauce was similar to what I'd expect.
What makes them think they can pass this off to the public and who does the tasting at Iceland?
Surely people don't buy this stuff twice?I'm pretty certain that the unfortunate starving people of this earth, would stick to their portion of a tea spoon of rice and two peas if offered the meal I had as an alternative.
I also had the misfortune of tasting their apple crumble once too which had a closer resemblance to the Chicken sweet and sour, than the Chicken sweet and sour did.I hope the mum's stick to brand names when shopping at Iceland.

You're not reviewing the shop as a whole therefore OT.

Sorry for the rate but you have posted this in the wrong section you will have to find the section for the actual product you are reviewing and not the one for Iceland shops in general.

If you can, then try to write a more balanced review on the rest of the shop as well. It is important to include your own opinions (I am not denying you that right), but don't forget that tey do also sell electrical equipment alongside their food products!
