Having had a moderate liking for frozen products from Iceland for quite a few years I was looking forward to trying one of their stonebaked range of pizzas which my wife had recently purchased. The packaging was quite attractive and the cost was reasonable, £1.50 for a 9" pizza.
Cooking instructions were fine and the smell from my oven was very appealing as I waited patiently for my lunch.Unfortunately that was where the good bit ends.
I still give high marks for the presentation and aroma when cooked, but as for flavour, well there was virtually nothing, except garlic, as I suppose the name suggests. There was no flavour from either the tomato suace covering the bread, the "seasoned smoke flavoured chicken" or the mozzarella cheese.
All in all an extremely bland experience.I hope the other varieties that my wife has purchased are a lot better.
