How the selection process works?
It is expected that 30,000 applications will be screened by QT towards the last day of submission. My application will be one of the candidates to be subjected in the initial selection of the 50 shortlisted candidates and one "wildcard candidate will be picked by online voting. Eleven finalists will take the final interview to be held in the GBR.
So, what is the catch for this hype search?

This book is very cleverly thought out. The text is very simple and features on the left hand side. The words ? IfI were a grown up I would like to be a ???? are featured with each drawing on the left hand side so there is a lot of repetition for youngsters to learn and recognise. The book finishes with the six occupations with the question ? What would you like to be?"
My grandchildren enjoy reading this book my granddaughter who is 3 years old knows the words by heart but I have to watch my grandson with the book as he rather clumsily turns the pages and has in the past ripped pages and I think with one of the pages being smaller than the others he would struggle to turn it and miss it out altogether - either that or he would ...
