Introducing Imation LTO Ultrium Generation 4 Tape Cartridges, manufactured with Imation's proprietary Tera Angstrom Technology. These next-generation cartridges combine the advantages of linear, multi-channel, bi-directional formats with enhancements in servo technology, data compression, track layout and error correction. The result is an exciting new media that delivers outstanding performance and twice the capacity of LTO Generation 3 cartridges.
...the leading edge LTO tapes have a small spring loaded "door" at the side through which the tape is dispensed into the drive. So unlike your videos, which spool from one side to the other, this is spun out in one long line and then rewound. I could be totally wrong but Fuji and the other manufacturers are a little obscure on this!
Enough of that anyway; what do you do with them?
You copy your ever so precious data onto it. Now I'm willing to bet a penny to an LTO drive that your data isn't worth £3000+. Nope, didn't think so.
But for business it is. Frequently it's worth a lot more than that.
Your average home user will NEVER need this much storage capacity. Each tape has a native (I.E. Uncompressed) capacity of 200GB. Most home PCs don't even have hard drives that big. Compress the data and you can get a theoretical capacity of 400GB...

Advantages: versatile and an excellent performer Disadvantages: built quality
...to use the touch screen when dialing numbers but better to use the keyboard when sending text messages.Overall a great experience when using the phone features and texting. 9/10
Camera-
This is an adequate feature but will not give the highest quality pictures that you will find from a stand-alone camera.with the large TFT screen using this feature is easy and you can vary light setting to help get the best results, but you will be able to tell these are pictures from a phone but still a nice feature to have. 7/10
Memory-
THe imate takes the mini sd card format and you can use cards which can have up to 4gb of memory which will allow you to save a massive amount of pictures and music to your device. The imate doesnt come with a memory card so you will definently need to purchase one to maximise the features of this product. 9...

Advantages: Cheap, Tons of Data, Good Storage Packaging Disadvantages: Poor Compatibility with Stand Alone DVD Players
...to go over the top to prevent any dust ruining your DVDs. It's not flimsy either, its very strong and durable plastic. The cover is also designed so that instead of falling off and allowing all your DVDs to fall out and get damaged it "locks" in place, allowing you to store your DVDs without worrying about them get carpet dust on if they accidentally fall off the desk onto the floor.
Burning: Well depending on the speed of your writer these DVDs are pretty much like normal DVDs and write at a maximum speed of DVD-R x4, which is pretty fast in my opinion. Usually a full 4.7GB data disc will take about 1 hour to put on perhaps more or less depending on how many files and how big each file was.
Disc Space: Well like all discs there is 4.7GB, despite formatting sometimes eating up a lot of space on some makes of DVD on the Imation discs...

I brought this discs for about £6 or £7, assuming they would work fine... BUT, 3 computers would only read them as about 90mb, what's going on here? All drivers up to date etc. So, they were just led on a shelf doing nothing for ages... Then, when I... more
