I know it's not much storage compared to DVD-RW's but these still come in use as I still use them sometimes myself. As sometimes you don't need 4.7GB that a DVD can hold. Imation CD-RW rewritable discs have an increased recording speed of 24x and noise free play for a wide range of applications. Even though the CD-RW format requires speed compatible disc burners for recording, the discs can be used in standard CD-R/RW drives as well as Multi-read CD-R/CD-ROM, DVD-ROM and rewritable DVD drives. ...i recently bought 50 imation CD-R's from Pc World, they cost a total of £27.99 they can be used to record Music, Data, Video or Games. in my experience they are very reliable and all Cd's i have used have been successful with a less than 1 percent margin of error, they come in a cd jewel case to keep the discs scratch free. highly recomended for use when bruning mp3 tracks, or storin large amounts of data such as a video or picture file, also it can be used to create a VCD ( Video CD) which can play on most DVD players. after trying many different brands of CD-R and CD-RW i can assure you this is definatly one of the best around for value for money, reliability and ease of use... ...How many times have you walked down the aisles of products in your computing/electronic shop, and you are a bit baffled as to which are the best writable DVDs to buy? They come in difference pack sizes - 10, 20, 50, with jewel cases, without jewel cases, plain both sides, with a label on the top side, different prices, can I stop there!? It seems I have found some which have been reliable, easy to label (so important for when you want to track down that disc you recorded last week - if only you could correctly pick it out of all the 5 you recorded, which are ALL unlabelled, and sitting under a heap of newspapers!), easily available, and affordable!
